Account & Data Deletion – Nestru
If you would like to delete your account and associated data from the Nestru app, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Deletion:
Send an email to support@nestru.com with the subject:
“Delete my Nestru account”
Include your registered phone number in the message.
Data That Will Be Deleted:
Your user profile and phone number
Saved addresses
Booking history
Location and session data
Retention Period:
All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of verification. No data is retained after deletion
