If you would like to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, you can request deletion at any time. Here's how it works.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your Nestru account, send an email to support@nestru.com with the subject line "Delete my Nestru account". Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your identity.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verifying your request, we will delete the personal information linked to your account, including:
- Your name, mobile number, and email address
- Residential address and zip code
- Children's details provided in your profile
- Your booking history and saved preferences
Retention Period
Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
